The Give Back Engagement Solution:  Here’s how it works:

This is our new 2016 solution and is used in conjunction with our People Are Everything Employee Engagement Platform. This solution offers many opportunities to personalize and customize your holiday and/or end-of-the-year Give Back Program by allowing you to give back to your employees in a way that gets them involved in the gifting process. With this solution, employees can choose to shop from our online store and pick a personal gift, or, you may allow them to donate their gift amount to a charity aligned with your organization. With this solution, the options are many and personalization for your organization is the KEY!

You choose your gift per-person amount

You choose a few ways for how your employees can redeem their gift. This is a flexible solution and can accommodate various options. For example, use points to shop in our online store or donate the gift value to one of the charities aligned with your organization.

We’ll get you set up on our People Are Everything Employee Engagement Platform and help you send an email announcement to your employees when the campaign begins.

Participants will login and see a company message from you, indicating your gift to them and will choose their gift right there!

If they choose to spend their points, they will have direct access to our online store to choose a gift that is guaranteed to fall in the price limit you designate.

We will ship the gift directly to your employee.
